Pomeroy Trophy

A series of driving tests performed on a racetrack. The purpose of the event is to find the ideal touring car. A good touring car will have good acceleration, good handling excellent brakes and reliability that will be tested by five driving tests:

  1. A standing quarter mile sprint

  2. A flying quarter mile sprint

  3. A zig-zag timed test (Hood to be erected)

  4. A braking test (Hood to be erected)

  5. A twenty-minute reliability trial.

ENTRIES NOW CLOSED. SPECTATORS VERY WELCOME. COFFEE AVAILABLE 9AM - 3PM.

Volunteers also needed so please contact the Secretary if you have a spare few hours to help out on the day.
