Who are we
The Vintage Car Club of New Zealand is one of the country’s largest motoring clubs, bringing together over 8,000 members who share an interest in historic and classic vehicles. It is dedicated to preserving and celebrating motoring heritage, catering to a wide range of vehicles over 30 years old, including cars, motorcycles, commercial, military, and historic racing vehicles. The club operates through 36 branches across New Zealand and organises a variety of activities such as social gatherings, scenic drives, longer tours, swap meets, and competitive events like hillclimbs and mud runs. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in older vehicles, even if they do not own one, and the club fosters a strong community centred on the appreciation, restoration, and enjoyment of vehicles from past eras.
