Entries are now OPEN!
Entries close Friday 4 September: Simply because we have to confirm with the event organisers (MG Classic Racing Register Inc), that we've received paid entries for at least 20 VCC eligible vehicles by then.
Please, register and pay your entry fee asap so that we can confirm our VCC entry grid for this outstanding weekend of classic motorsport.

Additional Info: Please read carefully
1. Supplementary Regs Part Two: Will be available following the close of VCC entries and confirmation of further details from MG Classic Racing.
(Sup Regs Part Two will also include the VCC entrant list, daily timetable, pits and other information relating to the event).
2. Travel & Accommodation:
2.1 Travel: Hopefully all South Island entrants have already booked via Tony Hirst, Cook Strait Crossings: sales@cookstraitcrossings.co.nz (Mob: 021 726 711).
If not, please book asap to avoid disappointment, as there are several impending ferry issues.
2.2 Accommodation: Again, hopefully everyone's already booked, but if not, Palmerston North has a great range of accommodation options.
3. VCC Pits:
3.1 Our VCC group will have a dedicated open/uncovered pits area, similar to Skope.
This is on asphalt: All VCC race cars must be parked on tarpaulins, (to catch pesky oil drips).
Gazebos/EZUps are permitted, but must be weighted down - No pegs!
Trailers are not permitted in either of the open or undercover Stadium pits area.
All trailers must be parked in the dedicated trailer parking area.
One (only), service vehicle is permitted within VCC pits, including undercover Stadium pit parking below.
3.2 Alternatively, (and thanks to the MG Classic Racing Register who've pre-booked space on our behalf), up to 20 VCC race cars are welcome to be parked within the undercover Stadium pits area, again on tarpaulins. (Pit spaces 1 to 20).
The undercover Stadium pitting fee for VCC is $143.75 for Thursday afternoon (from 3pm), Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
This charge includes GST, is additional to your Entry fee, and must be paid along with your entry fee to the VCC Banks Peninsula Branch (details above).
Knowing Feilding/Manfeild weather, we'd recommend that you book undercover Stadium parking with your entry asap.
(Fettling your car undercover and having a dry seat to sit on during racing is highly recommended).
For additional details, refer to the Stadium pitting info sheet attached.
4. Social: This event is an opportunity to celebrate 40+ years of classic motorsport racing promoted by the MG Classic Racing Register. In addition:
Saturday 14th November: After racing finishes for the day: VCC Entrants and Supporters are invited to catch-up at Murray's Bar, 80 Ferguson Street, Feilding.
Sunday 15th November: In the VCC pits immediately after the last VCC race: Farewell thanks & award presentation.
We look forward to receiving your entry asap.
